I have not used it just yet but the quality is really good. The blade is very nice and sharp, no nicks, chips or cracks. All stainless! This is going to be a great tool when summer sausage and salamis are made!

The design is good, and the material is not quality but works well.

Very easy to use. Cannot get very thin slice, but totally worse it!
